What Is Your Role

• Responsible for the overall success of the product – managing the product’s lifecycle from feature discovery through development and product launch

• Manage the product development through the agile framework including sprint planning, user story authoring, and acceptance testing

• Design and drive the overall vision and product strategy to a coherent whole

• Retrieve and analyze data & feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape short and long-term strategies, requirements, features and end products

• Manage product requirements and backlog, and contribute to their scalable growth while bringing their company’s vision and strategy to life

• Collaborate with executive management to prioritize and scope product features and strategic delivery plans based on company goals and ROI

• Work in lockstep with design to influence UX strategy and manage tradeoffs in scope and timeline

• Prepare analytics strategy to track product use and impact on end users

• Looks for innovative product solutions authoring, and opportunities based on strong marketplace data analysis

• Lead and support initiatives to drive user feedback/ research, acting as a ‘voice of the customer’

• Bridges cross-functional disciplines, balancing business, technical, and design constraints to bring products to market

What Do We Expect From You

• 3 + years experience of working on Product Management or other relevant position

• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in agile environment

• Strong technically: you understand how software is built, packaged, deployed and operated.

• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

• A highly motivated self starter, with great depth of knowledge and experience in user experience and product design.

• Leave your ego at the door with an overall openness and willingness to learn, always working towards the best ideas collectively as a team

• Has robust UX strategy skills from understanding problem statements, empathizing with user pain points, designing with customer segments in mind, and ideating hypotheses

• Ability to running data driven experimentations, break down complex problems, identify use cases, and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas

• Experience in A/B Testing and/or similar methodologies to conduct experiments to validate hypotheses

• Autonomous and detail oriented, excelling in product requirements standards, and processes to further our client’s design practices

• Ability to leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments and data analysis and translate them into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users

• Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and leadership

• Good written and oral communication skills and a great team player

• Strong problem solving skills with creative approach

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
