What Is Your Role

  • Engage in extensive communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist and support the Product Manager in the competitor analysis and market research and regularly research and report on competitor activity and market trends

  • In collaboration with the teammates, develop the Launch Plan for new products

  • Prepare new Product Handover Pack from development to Marketing;

  • Assist to ensure all the output compliance with all requirements: brand, regulatory, legal, etc.

  • Preparing (monthly) reports detailing product performance, features/themes updates (e.g. change log), etc.

  • General administrative duties

What Do We Expect From You

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Numerical reasoning and detail-oriented skills are a must

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach

  • A highly motivated self-starter, with a great depth of knowledge and experience in user experience and product design

  • Demonstrated ability to manage their time by prioritizing tasks and working to agreed time frames

  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get things done

  • Flexible mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Have a positive attitude and Energy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a great team player

  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Fresh graduates with great potential will also be welcome

What Do We Expect From You

  • Experience in creative copywriting, content marketing, SEO, social marketing, gaming, etc.

  • Interest/some knowledge in blockchain, machine learning, Web3, social media, gaming, growth hacking, etc.

  • Ability to run data-driven experimentations, break down complex problems, and identify use cases, and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas

  • Experience working in tech startups, especially in the blockchain and finance industry

  • Experience in A/B Testing and/or similar methodologies to conduct experiments to validate hypotheses
