What Is Your Role

  • Help with research, usability studies, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and potential market gaps

  • Analyze and break down the business problems, and transform them into product functional requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions

  • Assist to drive full-stack product development with our excellent product team of engineers, designers, and AI professionals

  • Responsible for launching new features based on the roadmap and timelines

  • Contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategy

  • Improve internal operations and the existing process to drive business efficiency

  • Maintain the consistency and sustainability of our visual design system

  • Work with IT team. Communicate concepts with storyboards, wireframes. Guide design and development with high-fidelity prototype

What Do We Expect From You

  • Degree in Design or technical/business field such as information technology, computer science/engineering, management, or economics is preferred

  • 1-3 years experience in product management/development and UI/UX-related field, social media experience is an advantage

  • Experience working in crypto exchanges or financial startups

  • Experience/knowledge in software development

  • Solid UI design experience on cross platform, familiarity with technical constraints and limitations on desktop, mobile web, android and IOS

  • Proficiency in design tools, Adobe Creative Suite, figma etc.

  • Cutting-edge field of De-Fi 2 + years of experience in project coordination

  • Interest/some knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrency, machine learning, etc.

  • Pragmatic thinking and strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive strategy

  • Great communication skills

  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get things done

  • A self-motivated team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Product Manager

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
