What Is Your Role

  • Work closely with developers, UI/UX designer, product team to translate user stories/business requirements into user flows & wireframes

  • Design UI mock-ups, components and prototypes for our digital platforms 

  • Develop pixel perfect UI/UX and adjust design layouts based on user feedback

  • Solve problems through ideas and developing them into elegant designs

  • Ensure design consistency compiling with the corporate guideline

  • Strong creative design energy, with effective management skills, able to motivate the team

  • Contribute in design discovery and design delivery

What Do We Expect From You

  • Degree in Design, Art, Digital media or equivalent is preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience as a UX/UI designer or similar roles 

  • Extensive work experience in UI design or related positions, and a strong online design portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work (*)

  • Excellent visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function. Ability to translate complex problems into elegant solutions

  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and common user interface guidelines

  • Proficiency in design tools, Adobe Creative Suite, figma etc.

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Able to analyze complex problems, propose and implement exceptional solutions

  • Self-motivated, curious about the latest technology and design trends

  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
